Refund policy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of collectible trading cards and the elevated risk of fraudulent activity, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


Order Issues & Exceptions

Exceptions are only made under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • Your order arrived damaged during transit

If either applies, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pokedextreme@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (including packaging)

Failure to provide sufficient evidence within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


Sealed Products

All sealed products (booster packs, boxes, cases, etc.) are final sale and non-returnable once opened.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on:

  • Pack outcomes
  • Pull rates
  • Perceived value of contents

Singles & Card Condition Disclaimer

All single cards are sold based on our internal condition standards.

While we strive for accuracy and quality:

  • We do not guarantee grading outcomes (e.g., PSA 10)
  • Minor imperfections such as centering variance, print lines, or factory defects may be present

By purchasing, you agree to these terms.


Refunds (If Approved)

If an issue qualifies under our exception policy and is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
