Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment has cleared.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Customers will be notified of any significant delays while the order is still in our possession

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Orders under $10 may qualify for USPS First-Class Mail (untracked)
  • Orders over $10 require tracked shipping services such as:
    • USPS Ground Advantage
    • USPS Priority Mail
    • USPS Priority Mail Express

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information is provided for all eligible shipments and will be updated once the carrier receives the package.

Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Package weight
  • Destination
  • Selected shipping method

PoKeDeXtreMe does not control or influence carrier pricing, and rates are subject to change without notice.

Untracked Shipping Disclaimer

By selecting an untracked shipping option, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:

  • The order cannot be tracked once shipped
  • PoKeDeXtreMe is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered items

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

PoKeDeXtreMe is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages returned due to address errors

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed off to USPS, it is considered in transit and under the carrier’s responsibility.

  • Tracked shipments: Customers should contact USPS directly to initiate a claim if necessary
  • Damaged or incorrect items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo evidence

We will assist where possible, but we do not guarantee resolution for issues caused by the carrier.

International Shipping

PoKeDeXtreMe currently does not offer international shipping.

This may change in the future at our discretion.
